Essential reading from the editorial board
The January-March edition of the Acta Gastroenterologica
Belgica journal always carries a distinctive
quality, due to its dissemination during the Belgian Week
of Gastroenterology, held this year in Liège.
This edition also marks my final editorial as Editor-in-
Chief of the journal, a position I have been privileged and
honoured to hold, first as Associate Editor and then as
Editor-in-Chief. It is with great pleasure that I now pass
on the role of Editor-in-Chief to my colleague, Heiko De
Schepper.
