The colon is a common site of primary malignancy. However, it is a very rare metastatic localisation. Here, we report a case of a signet-ring cell carcinoma of the stomach metastasizing to the ileum and colon, mimicking a presentation of an acute inflammatory ileocolitis. Keywords: signet-ring cell gastric carcinoma, gastric cancer, intestinal metastases, ileocolitis. |
